I had a F-body guy tell me "That truck can't hang with me!" Man did I ever give him the shock of his life. He told me after the race that he was doing 138mph and I was still pulling away.

 

So are you guys saying that Wayne started all the drama here? I dont know, but to me it seems he was getting attacked in way. Id have to agree that truck guys are alot more calm and collected, and the F-body guys seem to be all about drama, and how big their heads are. Im kind of confused by you guys' responses here, are you saying Chill Out Wayne was bithcing to much, or was getting attacked for standing up for a truck? Whichever kind he drives...?

Im usually the same way, but when there is so much mis-information and ignorance going around, i have no problem attempting to straighten things out.
But followed by personal attacks on me and the Lightning (truck) community, and coming onto NLOC and talking trash and making call outs is out of control. I had no choice.

Dude, I wasn't bashing you at all. I know how it came about, and I missed the thread over on NLOC that had all the drama. I was gonna say something in that thread, but you had it pretty well handled, so I stayed out of it.

Those comments were directed twards Dan. That's why I titled the thread this way. He wasn't doin anything wrong till they took it to the next level (of drama).

 

I wasnt bashing against dan at all... i was just making it obvious about what he drove, i didnt mean for that to sound sarcastic. I'm by him 110%... i was saying they jumped all over dan.. i think its rediculous too. Everyone thats in the racing scene (focusing more on the domestics) takes pride in what they do and this is our hobby(or possibly our career for some). The least that these guys can do is be cool about ****. Honestly, i think its a bunch of crap for the Car crowd (f-bodys and mustangs alike) to act like racing a truck is worthless and they are so much better than that. I could have bought a notch myself and built it up,i could have bought a brand new GT and built that up, i could have bought a f-body and built it up... but we chose to take a truck and build it up... and i really dont understand why that mod had to be an *** like that along with the rest of them in the thread. One things always right, and Ron said it earlier, The truck guys are way more layed back

I guess one thing will always stand... just go and shut them boys up. Because...."the bullshit stops when the green light pops".

 

Thanks for the welcome on the site. I like how i feel so welcomed and relaxed when entering here compared to LS1tech. I feel like im on NLOC (where i spend ALOT of time) when i came here.

Anyway yea things got out of hand. And it was a little different for me also becuase im actually friends with a few of the guys involved in this whole situation, so it goes beyond those select threads also.

The way that was handled by a majority of those guys was wrong, and i hope they realize it makes the online experience on their forum negative, i dont see how anyone can enjoy being on there, unless you do the same thing. Maybe the technical threads are different?...i hope

Anyway i could sit there, and respond to Matts thread about how "anyone who comes to bash and talk trash will be banned" crap, but that would be wasting my time, and entertaining him, theres no need for that.

Let them start stuff, let other people get involved and then blame them, thats fine, but im not gonna be the one getting dooped next time.

Moving on, who can guess the color of my truck (since you guess what kind it was)
