It isn't like they had a popular vote on it. Beer is beer in my eyes. Whether it is 3.2% or 6 point, drunkeness is going to happen...

We may not be able to buy any beer larger than a 24oz here but all of ours is at least 4.4%. Most is 4.9%, Icehouse is 5.5% and Natural Ice is 5.9%. Florida is 3.9% and evertime I go down there and I run out of AL beer it is like i'm drinking water. Have to swap to liquer. 
I couldn't imagine 3.2%. Like drinking water.
