Dodge SRT-10

 

i like the srt 10 and the lightnings what are some 1/4 miles times on those stock

 

.....that is, if you can get it to hook. I'm guessing they run in the 13's but I'm not sure. Somebody posted some times but I can't remember.

 

They are capable of low 13s but the launchin sweet spot for them is the size of a damn marble and 3rd gear is extremely hard to hit fast from what I have read way too much for what you get IMO. Ho wmuch are you looking to spend first?

 

srt10 is a bet much around 30,000

 

SRT-10 is going to cost you atleast 43,000

 

RC SRT-10, buy two extra sets of tires, learn to launch it, and you have a high 12 sec truck.

 

Get a used SRT-10 on ebay they are going on the mid 30's!! The Lightnings are sweet too, they're good on the low-mid 20's,the 01+ L's are the ones you want. 01 was the first year with the upgraded HP and TQ and also the switch from 3:55's to 3:73 gears.

Stock 01+ Lightnings run mid 13's stock consistantly! My buddy ran a 13.6 and a 13.7 bone stock at the track a while back.

With a good driver a Ram SRT-10 can acheive high 12's and low 13's. But most onwers are novice so they're runin mid-high 13's. Just takes some practice, I guess!

 

I've seen a stock SRT-10 pull off a 12.9 in the 1/4, but the guy has been racing for like 20 years!!!!!!
