WARNING Don't deal with this E-bay seller!!

I won a bid on E-Bay from CnC-Motorsports for some LSx ARP Main studs about three months ago. I sent payment via paypal immediately after winning the bid. Over a month later I never received the product. I e-mailed them and asked what was going on and received a response a few days later saying they did not have any in stock. To their credit they refunded my payment promptly...
..Skip a few weeks and I receive a notice from E-bay saying there is a dispute against me for an unpaid item. I log into my account and low and behold it's CnC-Motorsports saying I did not pay for the Main Studs! Luckily I save every single E-bay/Paypal email so I had everything from proof payment, them responding back saying they didn't have it, and receipt for the refund. So, giving them the benefit of doubt I e-mailed them back, kindly told them I had receipts for payment and I would like them to close the dispute. I did not hear anything from them or e-bay so I assumed it was closed.
So anyway I just checked my E-mail and now I have an "unpaid item strike" against my E-bay account. Fantastic. All my e-bay listings were removed as well. So now, I have to physically send e-bay a copy of everything and it can take up to 10 days from when they receive the documents to rectify everything. Which BLOWS if you are using E-bay on a daily basis to sell/buy stuff.
I thought I would give everyone a heads up as CnC-Motorsports sells a lot of stuff for LSX motors..

I buy and sell lots of stuff on Ebay, you can get screwed any where, it happens (even here). Not a good enough reason for me NOT to buy or sell stuff though. Some of us live in the sticks where you can't just go to a store and buy what ever you need. Almost everything I buy for my truck has to come mailorder from somewhere.

Ive actually heard back east in the "sticks" is actually really cool and relaxed... and if all the BS and problems keep the way there going here in california i may have to look at these so called "sticks" and see how nice it is

Thats not good, I have bought several items from CNC-motorsports when I was building my 406. I did have a similar situation to yours. I ordered an oil pan and timing chain, well of course they were out of stock. I paid to have it shipped ground. 2 weeks later it never showed up, so I call. Same story, they give me a refund. But I never got a bad rating from them on ebay...
That sux dude.
