Well I work for UPS.

The problem might be that it needs to be shipped thru freight. Im not for sure on the weight on the transmission but the ground, 3 Day, 2 Day, and NDA only goes up to 150lbs. Anything higher that that has to go freight. The reason is too many injuries on us young guys when were trying to pick this stuff up. I hope your situtation is fixed. Our freight company is another division of the company and runs differently than the home delivery divsion were all accustomed to seeing. If you got any question give me a pm.

 

I always have problems with FedEx, never with UPS. Probably a region/area thing though. They're different everywhere

 

the only thing that pisses me off, is the lable is printed out and my package is shipped out over a week later.
why not ship it after you print out the lable, whats the damn hold up, i paid for it,
and what do i get, a damn e mail stating my shipping lable has been printed out.
ohhh boyyyy, i even get a tracking number that cannot be tracked because ups has not recived the item.
im getting another beer.

i love our local ups guys! they do great work.

fedex cost a guy on here $170 because they didnt listen to me. they waere all just sittin around like it was a burden for me to ask for help
