has anyone ever had a bad experience with UPS?...

they have ben really slow with tryin to deliver my trans back to PB and i am really unsatisfied this time around.

they showed up 2.5 days late to get the trans after the owner of PB called and bished them out! and they still havent sent it off yet (as the tracking says)

 

Personally I would never ship a motor or trans except with freight companies who do it as their main business. UPS/FedEx don't do it well or often enough to do it well.

I like UPS more than anyone. UPS and FEDEX both DO Freight as well so It's not a big deal. I guess it really comes down to your area. When I get UPS in my area they find my house. DHL leaves stuff at the Post Office and FedEx delivers it down the street.

Over the past few years they've all been going down hill it seems. I've had equal amount of bad luck with them all.

 

fed ex is the worst...

ups has been good for the most part...recently had a couple issues with them but they made it right

yeah, i hope they lose my trans in shipping. love that parcel insurance!

 

ups is alright here unless they get a new driver they never can find our business, no street address to it.. they had a new guy deliver a $1k+ fishing tool we use to fish stuff out or oil wells..he said he left it in our shop but it was never dropped off.
