Yep, Rampage got some good hits here and there but a couple good hits vs a ton of hits that are doin alot of damage and your left with Griffion getting the win like he did.
Not to mention he completely had round 2 on lock down. To a judge thats a big deal.

Rampage was a disappointment and after the blows to the knee I knew it was Griffin, Griffin is a great fighter and he can take some massive hits. Speaking of tough dudes Lytle had blood just squirting out of his head and he was still swinging till the very end, hats off to him.

 

OK maybe Rampage did get some good hits but definately not enough to win. Griffen got stock with three good shots the uppercut in the first a left hook in the third and another left in the third(i think) but the only one that looked lik it did any damage was the uppercut and even then when he went to the ground he completely control Rampage on the ground. and the fact that everyone is saying he didnt deserve that un. decision, WTF??? r u guys serious? think about it this way Rampage came close to beating him once and that was with the hardest shot he landed which was the uppercut in the 1st everyother hit that landed Griffen took it and got out of the way of any other hard shots. now Griffen destroyed his left leg then dominated him on the ground for the rest of the round, outpunched him for the rest of the fight, almost pulled of a triangle and the 4th and then transitioned that in to an Omoplata, and than controled the clinche. maybe it's just me but Griffen more than earned that decision, also i think everyone is on Rampage's nuts because he KO'ed Chuck which is impressive but prier(sp) to that everyone was on Chuck the same way. sorry to rant but MMA is my thing and i knew Forrest was gonna win.

He didn't? Professional judges unanimously voted otherwise. Rampage Jackson had a few decent punches that connected the entire fight, and the upper cut, thats about it.

 

I can't wait for the rematch though!! I had hoped Griffin was gonna win and happy he did but I think the rematch is gonna be a really really scarry and exciting fight! I kinda thought rampage took this fight too loosely, kinda like the first time Rocky fought "Clubber" Lang (Mr. T) in Rocky 2 I guess it was. I think Rampage is gonna take the second fight more seriously and it's gonna be exciting to watch!

 

Well before the fight he didnt seem too concerned about Griffin, and said hed respect him if he went more than 2 rounds. I guess he respects him now. I cant wait to see a rematch and see if its a different outcome or not.
