I knew Fedor would eventually cave, especially after they canceled the Affliction fight, and Affliction is no longer an MMA promoter... they may be signing a clothing deal with the UFC tho.

i guess Lorenzo Fertita finally agreed to letting him still compete in Sambo while under contract wth the UFC. i'm guessing they figured might aswell jump on him while he's kinda desperate afte the down fall of Affliction, smart move but i wonder wat kinda clauses Fedor asked for in his contract.

if they sign him he wont fight for atleast 4-5 month, they'll probably put him up against Brock for the belt in december at their end of year show. very smart move IMO. damn Rampag vs. Evens as co-main event with Fedor vs. Lesnar as the main would be awesome!!!

also Affliction is going to be a sponser of the UFC again.

too bad we wont see Aleks fighting in the US anymore, he was supposed to fight Paul Buentello at the last Affliction event but his licence to fight was denied becuase he "supposedly" test positive for Hepatitis B. sucks cuz he's a beast, 6'6 248lbs. with the footwork of a light weight and knock out power in both hands, DAMN!!!!!! woulda been dope to see him in the UFC's hw division. anyways we'll see!!!
