I was 17 when my dad passed on, leaving me iwth the farm and 600 head of black angus. At that time I truly hated being a farmer/rancher, so I sold the cattle and went into the Navy. I learned my skills while there and now I am working at a Nuke plant making serious cash hourly. At times, I look back on the cattle ranch idea and think that I could make a go of it, but that is long gone,now.
