The problem will be cost on those things...... sure $85K sticker... fine. Then it's another $200K on top of that for the car at the dealership.... lol. I mean idiots were paying 30000 plus in dealer mark up on Hellcat's..... hell most still charge mark up..... and its a car built for 3 model years thus far and coming into year 4.... lol. Building 3000 in the US and only 300 in Canada for one year only..... good for celebrities and multi millionaires lol.

FWIW I regret selling my 06 SRT8 Charger a few years ago.... I would probably still buy it back lol.

I might buy a Hellcat one of these days.... white Challenger... black hood... black wing.... black wheels. But red seat belts haha.

I don't think so, but they are only making 3,000 this year so not sure if that means this year alone or in total.

Tim whatever his name is that runs the show at Chrysler said one year only in the release video..... not an annual production car. 3300 total. The cars sold in Canada are the exact same thing lol. They never said that about the Hellcat when it came out so this is a one and done type deal..... will they reconsider? Probably not. I say good luck to anyone thinking they will get one.

Sweet car, it will be a limited run until its a huge financial marketing success and then it will be another srt flagship and will probably keep making them. Its not like once you strip all the nice parts off that its not a normal charger underneath, probably look the same as base model v6 until close to end of assembly line. (Motor/drivetrain prob not) So the cost to fiat for building a demon is not a totally off from normal production
i would love to have one and for 85k (yes dealer markup and collectors wrapping them in plastic will drive up actual cost) but not a bad deal at all, just get in a drive it to track and have fun. Let other guys fix their cars in between race weekends or my luck usually between elimination rounds.

I would end up spending that much on my fairlane thundebolt replica down the road anyway.

Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat spied with Demon power

Looks possible Dodge will keep the Demon powertrain as an option for the ongoing Hellcat..... it won't be a Demon.... but honestly who cares..... cheaper and no ugly fender flares!

I dunno about it being an option for a challenger, but I can say that if it brings in extra money, FCA will probably do it lol. I've taken one for a spin around the proving grounds. It's pretty nasty for a street car.
