I never go over there, is he actually still a sponsor with all the public complaining? I am not saying they will remove him (he obviously pays attention to somebody, the receivables department) but you'd definitely think he could be pushed into settling this. I say it is hurting LS1tech advertising department. No one is gonna trust that they have recourse using a sponsor from the site. (I say this not knowing if he is still a sponsor)

With all due respect to your frustration and problems....calling him names on a public forum is childish. If you would have spoke with a civil tongue, you might have had a greater chance of receiving a response. Again, I understand your frustration, but you should really keep your calm if you want to work things out.

.......
........well.......
Im surprised that someone would not do something about this situation. I don't know how any of this works but, I would think that a site overseer would revoke fuddle's site sponsorship or involvement or something. It seems that you(beastmode) have done all you can, and he's just dodging the situation. I mean $675 is a lot cheaper than a ruined business. You'd think he'd be more than willing to work this out with you.

Here's a suggestion.. I'd send him a certified registered letter with signing delivery requirements, and Cc the Better Business Bureau. Then if that doesn't work, contact the State Attourney's Office. Maybe they could help get someone off his keister....

The BBB emailed me today and said they will be contacting him.
It just sucks that none of the mods on Tech will do anything... as stated early this is not good for the site (whether they are still getting his monthly payment or not) because of the fear of not knowing whether the site will back members if a problem like this arises and the sponsor is not willing to step up and take care of it himself.
Its hard to believe someone can think its ok to not return any way of contact to a customer
If he is still infact a sponsor it should be revoked.... and not just cause of this incident with me, he has had atleast 3 threads started over him in the passed 3 months. I did a little research on other sites as well and it seems they are giving him the boot too.

I sincerly hope this guy at least reimburses your money in full. He should really pay you back with interest for all your time and trouble.
This is the main reason I try to buy everything local for my truck, you never know what is going to happen through the internet. I have taken my chances on E-Bay a few time with no issues but you never know.
Excuse me for possibly being ignorant but have you had any personal contact with the Fuddle? I don't know where they are compared to your home.
