Pretty much accross the state, their in Salt Lake City, Utah and I am in Pittsburgh, PA. It would be no question if I was closer to him.... probably better than I am not though

The BBB will get down to it. Did you get the letter in the mail from them stating they've received your inquiry?

Wow, this is what I got from the mod on Tech. I like how John keeps telling him he is in contact with me... I never hear anything from him

It was delivered back to us. We are repairing the damage and will send it back to him. It was only slightly damaged. We have informed him that we will fix it and send it back to him and that we cannot refund his money. We have explained to him that we will repair the damage under warranty, so he will have hte brand new custom converter he ordered.

So basically I will be paying full price for a product I ordered over 4 months ago (god only knows when I will still be getting it) and that had to be repaired. Talk about some serious bull ****
