Default Sears...

I called to see if they would have a Torx plus bit for the bellhousing bolts. I figured they wouldnt but just wanted to be sure.

me "hi im wondering if you guys carry torx bits"

guy "yeah we have a bunch of different torque wrenches"

me "no, TOR-KUH-SSSS, like the shape of a star. its like a socket, fits on the end of a ratchet"

guy "oh, no. we only have torque WRENCHES"

I didnt have the energy to keep going.

I work in an industrial area around some shops. I'll try and chase down one of the tool trucks if Im around. I just dont want to wait to order one.

On the subject of torx, what size are the heads on the airbox lid screws?

I saw that happening when I needed a 17mm hex socket, so I just drove the 20 minutes and found it in a pack of four. My airbox torx are T25.

I hate it when they run up to you and ask if they can help you before you even walk through the door. I was with my friend once, and they did just that. I said, I need a hammer for liquid nails. He said hmm that's a good question, and asked his supervisor. His supervisor laughed at him.
