Typical response from a Ford guy. That is usually how much it takes to get a fox body to run 12's He just thinks your truck is the same way.....poor guy.

Hitting the pipe would be better because you can't smell it on your breath after a few minutes......just may need some eye drops.

I used to manage a NAPA years ago. I liked the work, but when it was busy, you were swamped. I stayed there numerous times after hours to help customers. I would have to say the worst part about that job were the other employees. Most of them just stood there and asked me to look up anything that wasnt a filter or pads. They were clueless when it came to car parts. The worst part is, they have no idea what they are doing now. I havent worked in that store in 12 years, and I still have to look up my own parts if I want them right. I got an oil filter for my truck 2 days ago, and I told the kid I wanted the longer one. He didnt know you could put a longer oil filter on a truck other than the one that was called for. If anyone is wondering it is a 1522 Napa Gold. I was there a few months ago, and wanted a boot for a tie rod end. I said I needed a boot, and not only did the kid at the counter say they didnt have them, another customer said that he has tried to get them there, and they dont have them. I said come on, I used to sell them all the time when I ran the place. I had him hand me the book, looked it up, and they had 2 in stock. I couldn't believe it. The customer was mad because he had previously been told they didnt have them. It was sort of funny. There was not many times at all I had to turn someone away because we couldn't get the part. Mainly just something very new that had to come from the dealer.
