To answer your question......there is no difference.
They do all traffic courts in the afternoon in Oklahoma.

If you plead not guilty then you will get a different court date here and then they will make sure the cop will be there. You won't win and it will be a waste of more time.

get a traffic lawyer, they are about 80 bucks here in FL and you usually come out with nothing or the 51.00 dollar court fee.
