probably not worth it? you will probably make more $ if you part it out... might as well use cam/springs/pushrods on the new motor, cause that alone will cost $600 for the new one anyways...

i really wont need this no more i was thinking of parting it out but would cost me to much to take it apart so i just rather sell it the way it is
