the thinner pieces are more clear cause they have less dirt in them..i have some big chunks like im posting that are clear bit have dirt in them so ya cant see all the way thru it. Danny says the clear rocks are the purest forms of gyp which he mines

If you go to the caves at Alabaster caverns you see those everywhere.

I remember the first time i seen this rock when i was little kid. i was workin with my dad and we was about a 1/4 from one of those platos (sp) and i was climbing one and came up on a lot of it..ever since then i just kinda collect it

the ones on the ground look like agate? The clear one is what? Gypsum? Like what is in sheetrock?

yea theres alot of it there..ive actually been farther out western oklahoma and seen a huge red (red rock) boulder that had a vein of clear rock through it..pretty sweet.. i see a lot of cool stuff that i think is interesting..i guess i need to take more pics..its more of just odd stuff that a guy doesnt see every day that interests me..
