Pretty cool stuff. The houses look really nice. Wouldn't mind having one of my own there someday The place is over 10 square miles, pretty massive.

Neat looking for sure, but I do not want to live in a tropic style place, drive 10 min, be in the desert..

 

I think that's a bonus, really. Take a quad with paddle tires out to the dunes and you'll see what I mean

 

Oh well if you like the sand box, it is a + for ya I will take my woods, mud over the dunes...

I have never been on the dunes, I would like to try it once. I have ridden a 4 wheeler out in flat desert and on a beach, it was fun shooting roosters, but nothing to jump it.

 

 

Now if you lived there, where in the world would you go when you are on vacation?

I put up my comment 1st before viewing. I kinda figured in had to be in Dubai. And of course it was. They want the most extravagant over the top everything there. The best Trump could do was that tower that looks like a giant ....

So how long at minimum wage will it take to live on the edge of town? I guess I'll how to live "in the projects" part of Palm Jumeirah. Who'd really want to live here on the beach & look at (.)(.) all day? Oh, wait a minute...
