i need to find someone to workout with. i cant seem to push myself working out alone but all of my local friends is pretty lazy
i just weighed myself, im at 183 and i already ate breakfast and drank 3 glasses of milk. i've lost about 25 pounds so far this year

Fixing to come off my cut, I weigh around 173ish now, Aiming for around 195 before the end of the year pretty "cleanly". I will see were im at then, and either continue, or get ready for summer.

I had a pretty good day in the gym last week. Set a PR on my bench at 405, made an easy squat of 605 (felt like I had a lot more left, but called it quits), then got a solid deadlift of 605 which I ended up ripping the callus of my hand during, then I finished with the leg press with a 1,100x10 full motion presses. Oh and I did 4 miles on the bike for my warm up in right at 10 minutes.

Ive been hitting the gym for the last couple weeks and am liking how I feel. I need to get a more structured lift routine for sure and get a supplement. Ive been taking a multivitamin, trying to get a little more sleep than I used to, run 2.5 miles a day and mainly balance workouts to get my joints into shape. I HATE that damn half rubber ball thing you stand on, that wears my *** out.
Im 6' 155-160 and 13% body fat naturally, so not too bad of a starting point.

I actually need to start back up, being a bigger guy sucks though, 6'7", weighed in at 345 at my grandmothers house.
I have p90x, but being unemployed Ive gained weight, been laying off the coke, and stopped eating late. want to get to 300ish

What up guys...I'm 6'2" 238 I was 273 at the end of may. Just been eating right,running my *** of and lifting like a madman..anyone has any suggestions of a good cutter and maybe a gainer?? All I'm taking now is jacked,redline pill form and protein

Im 24, 5'9" tall, I weighed 145 or so, very little muscle mass, fatty belly,
I have been working out for months, not going that hard till lately. Just started watching my eats and making myself eat more often and high protein food.
Gained to 154-158lbs in a few weeks, BF%?? No CLUE...muscle mass is getting better. Arms slightly bigger. Currently eating like acow and working out 3-4 times a week to try to bulk up and gain muscle. Almost cant see my ribs in the middle of my chest...(yeah it was bad)
My goal is 165lbs, 10% or so BF, No weight lift goals, Dont really care. I just wanna looks more fit and feel better with the clothes off.

I am 23 5'10" 190lbs..
I have been on a heavy lifting spree all thru college..I graduated college and kept on lifting. I just got engaged and my fiance is a machine and she has been pushing me even harder. I unfortunately broke my wrist right when she started doing weights with me and ive been out for 4 weeks...
Ive been doing cardio and her diet for those 4 weeks and starting to slim down. Your metabolism burns faster and more fat in the winter trying to keep you warm. Therefore, its easier to slim down. Thats when the cutting begins for me!
I just got my brace off so its cardio 30min daily along with weight training starting back next week....im pumped..I hate pulling or hurting something bc you get out of the swing of things...

I worked my legs hard the other day and I didnt stretch for ****...which i typically dont and I squated down to do something and I pulled my left leg from behind my knee to my ***. OMG it hurt... took several days to get the sore out of it.
it totally kills my push in the gym if im not feeling 100%
