I'll contribute... I'm going to start to gaining mass and being tall it takes a lot to notice. Been involved in sports and martial arts since I was young. Still work the bag a couple times a week for additional cardio. I lift 4-5 times a week and usually about 20 mins of cardio following weights. I'm going to increase my carb and calorie intake and switch to weight gainer, it takes me a lot to gain...
Typical meals:
Breakfast-6 eggs and a carb (wheat toast,Fiberone pancakes, or raisin bran)
2 snacks/day - fruit and protein shake
lunch-high protein anything (favorite is subway teriyaki chicken foot long double meat on wheat)
dinner- whatever (usually chicken pasta, spaghetti, or steak )
6'5" 242lbs(this morning)
This is the only picture I have right now, its from my honey moon last June. Since then I have remained about the same since I have had a consistent balance of lifting and cardio. Sorry, no flex

I thought I would add to this post. I have been training for about 10 years now, and started off at 6’1” and about 120 lbs. I fluctuate now around 210-220 lbs, n/a. LOL I am currently training for a tournament style fight in April, I am down to 201 lbs, and in the best shape of my life, at 29 years old. I still weight lift, but not as much as I used to. most of my workout is cardio, boxing/kickboxing and running. Bag work and sparring is one of the best workouts I can imagine to get “in shape” .
Anyway, I just wanted to say that everyone’s body is different, and it takes years to figure out exactly what works for you. I tried every one elses routine before I developed my own. And I finally figured out MY body, and what worked.
Good luck to anyone that is trying to reshape their body. It is a fun , challenging hobby.
