bump, dam thats a lot of weight ^^
I reallly like the jack3d, as well as im starting to try to do some leg exercises into my workouts, instead of all upper body. My target weight is 175 now, I weigh around 185 in the mornings. Finally bought scale so I can track it a bit better.

Yeah my friend showed me a supplement that is supposed to be like ten times as powerful, but I really think it would be a bit much. He just used a trial of it for ***** and giggles, he said it was crazy as hell. I will find out the name

Is this stuff like No Xplode? I have a few friends on No Xplode and they say it's pretty intense. They say it gives them a lot of energy, they lost some fat/weight, and to take it about 20-30 minutes before the gym. Thinking about trying it as I'm having trouble with being energetic in the gym. I warm up by shooting some B Ball and that seems to be the funnest part

I've started to work out a bit. Basically everyday of the week through lunch I'm lifting. Been at it for about 8 wks. now. 6'3' and 260 lbs. I've not lost a lb so far but starting to lean out and getting stronger. Watching what I eat but no serious diet. This crap was much easier when I was in my 20's.

Damn man, you want to lose weight at 225lb's? I wish I was 225. I'm 6'3 255lbs right now. Not a fat blob by no means, but I wish I was 225lbs again. I started a new way of eating, and love it so far. Not even considered a diet really. I can't do much right now because i'm hurt, but I'm doing a little cardio in PT. Wish I could workout again.

Jack3d doesn't seem to do much for me. I eat a good carbed meal about 2 hours before lifting which usually consists of oatmeal or a healthy grain cereal, some eggs, and a protein shake or just milk. An hour and a half later 3 scoops of Jack3d which is about 30 minutes before lifting. Mentally I can tell a difference and it seems I'm more focused, and lifting seems a little better, but I'm not getting the crazy crack head results like almost everyone else. Maybe I should take 3 scoops on a very empty stomach? Lifting with a friend next week who takes N.O. Xplode so I'll see how that stuff is.
Monday I'm going to eat the normal breakfast but eat it 3 or 4 hours in advance instead of 2 to see if this stuff hits any harder. It definitely works but I might be expecting too much.

Here's a quick pic of me before my mass routine, it's a no flex shot just to gauge where I started at. 5'9" @ 175ish +/- 9.5% BF I've added some good size since and am on goal to hit 190 solid at 10% BF or below by beginning to mid Sept. Been lifting for a long time but this was after consistent running... the Corps sure gets their miles in so it's hard to keep on mass. My new routine has my size on it's way back up. Wish I had a flexed shot, my abs get nice and tight.

All I can say is N.O Explode is some good stuff IMO. I have been using it for a while now and it gives you tons of energy,focas,motivation, and the ability to not want to stop working out.lol I get minds from vitaminworld but gnc and others have it also.




need to cut it back to about 200-210ish then build it up a lil bit.
