no longer a truck owner

the time came to make a choice. spending 140+ dollars a week in gas plus payment/insurance was hitting my wallet way too much. love the truck and drive train, just not the cost of gas consumption. plus car seats do not fit in the back seat. tried. so my vehicle track history usually goes from one extreme to another. i went from the 12 second ecsb truck to a 13 second toyota.
every bell and whistle that can come on one, it has. only downside. i can not tune it. which is a win/lose situation from my standpoint.

not sure if it runs 13's (never seen a track time) but you would be surprised how quick the new camry and avalon v6 motors are....for an even bigger surprise, hop into a sienna van and put the peddle to the floor. those granny vans will scoot!
wish you were in the southern region. If anyone is looking into a Toyota, or knows someone looking into purchasing one in the southern region (Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Texas) hit me up and i will have them working with the fleet manager of the dealership instead of a floor salesman. more of a red carpet experience if you will.

i took my moms 11 camry v6 for a day before the local track shut down and made a few passes in it. out of the gate was a 14.0x second pass was 13.9x, and last was a 13.87@102.xx can't remember exact mph. shocked the hell out of me as well. needs a few suspension mods, but overall it's a nice car

time to add a little nitrous! start small and just keep adding nitrous until the plugs show a good burn. instead of tuning it with a laptop, just tune it with nitrous based on the OEM tune of the car. i'm sure you can get a healthy shot in there with some 93 octane and low timing tables that MFGs typically use.
