Default No longer have a truck...

Semi took my truck from me last night. He was making a right hand turn from the middle lane on a 3 lane road. I was in the far right lane. Hit his front right side(90% of it was his bumper. Took out a stop sign then ended up it the flower bed at target. Rear axle- snaped and damage on all sides except the grill. I think it is totaled but have to wait till tuesday. I'm out at least $3000 at this point and going to need another truck I have to get a car now...

My 2005 Nissan let me walk away from a semi I would buy another any-day. If I had my old chevy I would be died

I'm I still have two *****

Bill is at 12.5k for rebuild so I don't know if they will total it or just fix it. I worried they will fix it and it will be worthless down the road...

time to start working the system. you do not have to use the claims adjuster that the insurance company provides. if they dont total it i would go to a few different collision specialists until you find one that will total it out.

They priced it out as a 2004 so I think once they get the book for a 2005 they will see the huge cost jump. Goining to call when they open this morning to see what the insurance has to say. I'm running on I need a vehical bad for work so no 2 months to fix it...

I have State Farm and so far it has been great no problems with anything except the trucker not wanting to talk to the insurance company...
