I posted a thread a few weeks ago about how my brother did some(or tried to do some) donuts in the parking lot in the Monte Carlo ss (lol yes.. fwd car) and than we got pulled over etc. and i thought, okay these cops scared him enough and he wouldnt do anything else dumb...

well heres the story in its shortest form possible.

My brother (Patrick) got off of work at about 2ish this past Saturday and he was brought home. No one was home, i was on the road on my way back from Athens, my mom was at her office, my dad was out working. So he was by himself....

This is what actually happened and than i'll tell you his story:

He came home, decided to go for a joy ride (which now we found out he was actually going somewhere to do something... drug related but i'll get to that in a sec.). He took out the Suburban and was crusing down a little 2 lane road. He was going about 65 in a 45 the officer told me. Pat got passed by two cops following each other coming the opposite direction and they flicked their lights at them to slow down(they were both on their way to a call and didint have time to pull him over).

Pat freaked out and slammed on the brakes and thought the cops were turning around to get him so he pulls into a drive way... this particular driveway was off of the two lane road and it was a large open gravel lot type driveway... once he hit the driveway he slid and hit a parked car... he kept going and attempted to drive the suburban behind the house to hide from the cops he thought were coming after him. As he rounded the house he ended up putting the suburban in a ditch. He called a friend to bring him home. His friend happened to be coming down that same road and was there in a matter of seconds, picked him up with no questions asked, and brought him home. Now this ****** that picked him up should be in a lot of trouble... but apparently how Pat wreaked, you couldnt see it from the road, it was behind a house, and down a 50ft ditch. SO... this kid that picked him up had no idea that it had happened... and I think this kid is pretty much straight.

Anyway, he gets home and calls my mom... and here is his story from here:

My mom didnt really beleive him at the time but proceeded to ask if he had called the cops... and he didnt. Now why wouldnt pat stay at the scene of the crime and call the cops? He said that he didnt know what to do and he paniked. When asked about the illeged black man who kinapped him and stole the suburban... he said he took off into the woods after the wreak.

Heres where it gets a little suspicious. After Pat got dropped off at home by that kid after the accident and after my mom got there to take him back to the scene where half of the hall co. police dept. was at... one of his "friends" and his sister drove up to the house. And Pat acted like he was leaving with them. (I was home at this point to be a part of this). After my mom told his friends that something serious has just happened and they needed to leave... they just sat in the driveway and persistant to take pat with them. I had went inside to get a weapon of choice and a bat incase they were going to be subbourn. I basically told this **** to get lost before I phsyically tore him and his kia spectra apart. They took off immediatly after my outburst.

So... after this the cops didnt beleive his story and ended up arresting him. Hes been in jail since Saturday 3pm and wont get out untill today sometime.

Okay.. so this kid that was at the house was who pat was on his way to go see. Hes a known drug dealer in this area and pat owed him money. They found $200 on pat when they arrested him. So now im beleiving what theory is correct.. that he was on his way to bring these guys the money.

I was hesistaing weither to post this or not bc of its severity. But I'll be meeting with the head of the drug task force for Hall county today and maybe collectivley we can put a stop to this. I'm under police protection at the moment since these bastards know where I live and since I had contact with him that day. Sooo... whatever needs to be done, needs to be done real quick.

Dude good luck, and when the *** kickings start, unfortunatly your brother needs to be up there high on the list. Maybe that will straighten him out a little.

Yea, I will when I see him today, most def. ... Theres a good chance he might stay in jail. (well its Juvinelle detention)... but I'll have to see what his attitude is... Im sure this hasnt changed him.. its not like going to real jail or prison... its just the detention center, and i dont think he has been in with population for this past two days anyway.

but thanks for the support... I think my parents are sending him off to a military school/camp in Utah... Hopefully that'll do something. Because the way this behavior has been going on... my parents cant do anything. They are soft. They were really hard on me untill i was 16.. and they are really soft with him. He has my mom tied around his finger... and my mom wont let me father take care of him... and this is why they are getting seperated soon or have talked about it at least. It all stems back to his upbringing.. which as i explained, wasnt half as disiplined as mine.

 

need me to personally deliver the undercoating? i need to take some aggression out. you really should whip your brothers *** big time. hope it all works out for you man.

edit just read your last post and i think i have an idea to change his mind about doing drugs. ill have to pm it to you though.

 

I would whop the living hell out of my lil bro if he did that. He would be dead. Good luck and straighten him out. Drugs are bad mkay!
