I'm with the others, I'll respect the music and not the man. In all fairness to him though, he was abused by a psycho father which probably caused him to literally destroy himself and those around him. As for Thriller, I think Quincy Jones had more to do with the music on that album than Michael did. I mean did he even play an instrument?
Thriller may be the best selling album of all time, but he's not the best selling artist. 10 points to whomever knows who is?

The album in Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975). It sold something like 52 million copies in the US, Thriller only sold like 45 million in the US. I am going to have to look up thoes numbers but it is somewhere around there.
Pink Floyd Has the best selling double album The Wall, it sold something like 42 million.

Ok, the best selling album in the US by a solo artist is Thriller. It is also the greatest selling album ever worldwide with over 100 million sold, thats world wide.
The best selling album in the US ever, is by a group- The Eagles. The album in Their Greatest Hits (1971-1975). It sold something like 52 million copies in the US, Thriller only sold like 45 million in the US. I am going to have to look up thoes numbers but it is somewhere around there.

What gets me even more is Mariah Carey. She has some how managed to have the most number one singles out of any single artist. She's second only to the Beatles.
