Default Making tailgate thieves work

Not 100% safe but at least will need tools to steal the tailgate, I used some fencing pipe. This is on a 2014 Tacoma.

My damn gate got stolen a year ago. 3 different body shops and not one can locate a decent gate for a step side NBS. So I am still red necking it. One dude in Utah got busted for stealing 197 beds in less than 4 months. Junkyards in Nevada Colorado Idaho and Wyoming were playing him $400 a piece which is rediculous since most junk yards only pay $5-600 for an entire vehicle most times.

The same guys that got their tailgate stolen probably went to the yard to buy them, so he created his own demand. Guarantee some guys bought back their own tailgate without realizing it.

The only work I like seeing a thief do is running away with a boot in their ***.
I use a hose clamp on mine but he pipe looks better.
