yea i saw this today, i just hope its not true. they say it wont be till 2011 if it does get shut down

 

That sucks, My DD is a saturn, I love that car! Runs like a champ! GM is making a mistake....

 

It's okay if they drop the brand but the cars that work/sale should be rebranded as other GM makes. I mean this mainly for cars like the G8, Aura, Astra, and the hybrid Vue. We all know GM needs a RWD passenger car like the G8, and a fuel efficient sport utility like the hybrid Vue. I always thought GM had to many brands. The more brands you have the more R@D and commercial/capital cost you have.

They didn't drop it, it is alive and well in Aussie-land, but it is a good thing they didn't bring it over. It was too much of a niche vehicle to make it here in the U.S.
