A man goes to the doctor and tell his doctor, I cant get wood. the doctor runs some tests and says, the muscles controlling it are non functional due to a viral infection.
The man asks if there is anything that can be done and the doctor informs him of an Experimental treatment.
He explains that they take the muscles from an elephants trunk and implant them. after some assurance that there are no elephants harmed he agrees to the procedure.
3 weeks after the procedure he is cleared for liftoff so he takes his girlfriend out for a romantic dinner.
