Job Change??

Take the higher paying job so one of those sweet cars can be yours..... Or if you really like being a mechanic then look for a better paying mechanical job, trust me they are out there. I turn wrenches for a living, although I dont get to work on any cool cars or trucks.

There isn't going to be that high paying of a mechanic job around Hennessey, OK. I would definately go with the oil field job. However, make sure it isn't a job that will become obsolete when, not if, the oilfield goes bust (the oil field cycles every so often and goes bust and alot of people lose alot of money).

I would go with the new job. Get into the family business and make more money to buy more toys!.. I'm looking for a new job myself, I'm hoping to go into business with my dad buying and selling houses.

first rule of survival is looking out for numero uno...another person will come along and fill your spot that you occupy now. Like grady said, be straight with him. tell him to get where you want, you need more money, period. Its as simple as that. we'll drink a couple beers and talk about this later
