I don't know if I would say turning around, but I might say slowly chugging along. As long as I can get enough in to keep the bills paid I will be happy.

My Dad has lived with me for the last 5 years, so there is really no need for him to work. He and mom make enough off their retirement to buy food, and car insurance.

If push comes to shove, I will go back working for a friend of mine during the day, and just have someone at the shop to help customers during the day. Then I will go in at night and do the repairs.

I really don't want to do that though.

I work from 9:30 AM to 7 PM most days. During the summer when things are really busy, I usually work 9:30 AM to 3 AM.

Monday is probably going to be one of those days that I put in like 20 hours straight.

When we get busy like that again, I will keep the money. You have to plan for dry spells like we just had, and Dad didn't. You also have to stay on top of your bills, so you don't end up spending all the money on late charges and fines.

That is very true make all your payments and get ahead on materails, we would do that then we would have a big job that would take 300 gallons of materail which is 2grand of materail we always had to pull a loan at the bank but we would pay it off soon as job was done it would be a 12g job though, just playin it smart with the business money is the best way and don't mix your personall account with business

That was the problem with the business. Dad refused to seperate the accounts.

He has no choice in the matter now.
