but he's correct you know, the percentage of human casualties is way less than pedestrian injuries. Can you imagine how thick the news would be if they reported ever car accident?

 

I hate to say it, but my last trip was to Colorado (4hrs flying time), I was rancid. Floated a couple of air biscuits without much effort that silenced 2 - 3 rows in front and behind me.

Very true. You just hear about it more because its a large group of people rather that 1 or 2 here and there every 5 secs like car wrecks. I come from a family of A&P mechanics ( aircraft mechanics, all commercial) and am almost done with my schooling. Just so you know 99.999% of everything is trouble free on a mechanics end, because if we **** up and an FAA guy catches it on the ground thats around 25k outta my pocket fine and possibility of my license takin away. Now if something i did caused that plane to go down with passengers i go to jail for life for man slaughter. FAA investigators are that best in the world period even if your a crispy critter fyi lol
