So its past 6 (my shop closes at 6) and we've got a line of ********.. only 1 of these customers I felt was a necessity because her hybrid came off a tow truck and we had 2 jump it to get it in the shop... haha irony...
So any way, I did a flat repair on this guys beamer and I could tell he was a little ruffled due to the fact that 1 of his new tires is now flat. So I repair his flat and Im all finished and wave him out thru the window and he comes out and says "dam, ur quick! I should have you come work for my pit crew!". I laughed and said thanks... now on the other hand Im kinda kickin myself because 1- Thats some dam good money.. I should asked him "where and what time shall I start?" haha but I just kinda shook it off.. but 2- I coulda very easily earned my keep and asked for a shot in a car as just a trial run and maybe started racing cars... one of my future hopes.. hah... coulda shoulda woulda right? dammit! haha

 

racing cars..haha dont do it unless your LLLOOOOOAAAADDDEEEDDD..takes thousands of dollars to race anything competitive..if i could have just spent half of what i spent on my race to go to my truck id have one badass 408 huffin qiute a bit of nitrous

 

haha, no ****... even if I was JUST a driver? not partial owner? my girl's friend races a Speed Truck out here in AZ, shes the ****, her and her dad got the truck as a prize and they maintaing it.. haha yeah her dads pretty well off.. but I guess it would be kinda a lost cause huh? just keep buildin the truck and scammin ppl 4 money out at the track and street sound better? haha

 

Even keeping a Jr Dragster running takes a pretty good amount of cash if you want to be competitive... same thing with go-karts...

The bigger the vehicle is, the more parts you have there, and the more you'll have to do as far as setup and maintenance... you could end up DEEP off in it.
