Where I work, we have no stop signs. you would think its crazy during the change of the shift. But we all just alternate and intersect. Maybe they have something of the similar but more on the honor system.

Yea. the guy on the bike was the safest dude on the road. It was like driving around a go kart track. you just pick a line. Not a lane.

It's funny. They can drive like that with NO traffic lights and not have a wreck (because they are paying attention).
But how often does someone in the U.S. have a wreck at a traffic light cuz they had their head up their butt.
