What he said, when it will affect someone, I'll use them, when there is more than enough space (no traffic at all) i dont.

I get a little upset when people don't use their signals. It's a common courtesy to use them, after all. Sometimes I laugh at myself for using them when absolutely nobody else is around, it's something I don't even think about doing.
