I always thought Chevrolet would do better at marketing that car than Pontiac. Now we get to find out. If I was in the market for a new sedan, that is one that I'd consider.

This part brought a tear to my eye. RIP Impala SS

Importantly, the new SS will be rear-wheel drive, finally ending Chevrolets 17-year drought for rear-wheel drive sedans in the U.S.

damn it i thought when i read earlier today about the ss. that maybe gm would bring back the monte carlo ss.. but i guess i was totally wrong.. fml... lol..

I think it will be a tremendous success...

So many people want a performance vehicle but can't due to the needs of hauling a family around and their gear. This car will solve that issue

Albeit this wil get great fuel economy, for it's class, with the proper engine/tranny/rearend ratio
