Im just curious....over a month and you havent noticed if a $2,100 check has come out of your account? Even if I have those kinda transactions happening all the time i think I would know before this long.

Well he kept telling me just 2 more days...2 more days... and before I sent the check he said they werent in stock and he would have to order them so there is a week, and then those werent in stock so I picked an other wheel, ect.... Pretty much I was giving him the benefit of the doubt. BUT NEVER AGAIN.

I placed a report with the FBI, My Police Department who is going to work with the Las Vegas PD, and contacted the attorney generals office and filed a complaint there as well.
Next step is to sue him in small claims court.

Im pulling for you trust me. i cant stand a thief. This is likely gonna cost you tons more than the original amount. It just stinks all the way around.
However, your best hope is to with the law on your side it will be highly encouraging for him to make it right without him getting sued.

DAMN!!! I use to do internet sales for wheels a while back yeah **** happens but you got to contact your customer to let them know what is going on! jeeze i really hope you get your money! oow and hit me up i can point you in the right direction if you are looking for wheels.

talk to your attorney, have him send the company certified letters ( he has to sign for them ) have your attourney write the letter in the anticipation that he will be sued, ( lawyers know how to do this ) have the lawyer send him a letter every week, if no answer then have the attourney mention that his local law inforcement has been contacted and the district attourney, and a lawsuit will be filed, if no response your lawyer can take proper actions to sue for the money lost ..
i went through this on about 5k, i only got back 2700 before the person i had delt with filed bankrupty
