I hate theifs more than anything in the world. I will find this guy and he will pay one way or another either by the authorities or by carma... Cause it's a bitch.

 

So did I miss it some where in here, what is the status on the certified check, has it been cashed?

 

It was cashed 8/26... I sent it out 8/24...

I went to my bank and they gave me a print out of it and where the money went with the account #, Routing #, and all of that jazz so if I wanted to I could easily steal it back from him, but I wont. I will let justice run its course!

 

I don't think you can steal the money back out of his account. However you might be able, with the help of NVPD get his accounts frozen.

Read through your thread. Looks like you have all your ducks in a row, and everything but his dental records. IMO, stop posting the "payback" stuff. Things you put on here can be used in court. You know, just in case when you do find him and make an error in judgement, you don't have anything incriminating evidence.

Hope the worm turns for you man. I look forward to reading how this low life **** gets his up and comins.

If you don't get your money back, don't rely an imaginary and mysterious force to teach him a lesson. It won't happen.

 

I havent bad mouthed him with false information or said I would do harm to him in anyway. All I meant is that when I find him he will either give me my wheels or my money, or get arrested and then i will sue him for both.

I would never do any type of bodily harm to anyone over money. In the end judgment comes to everyone.
