My course of action for today s to:

go to bank and find out if it was cashed, where, when and anything else...

Call Las Vegas PD and file a report

Call FBI offirce in Las vegas and file a report.

Then I am going to have my attorney contact both and find out what can be done on our end.

I want to do everything I can to find him, put him behind bars, and find a way to get every dollar out of him I can so he learns not to do this again.

I found out through some emails back and forth between myself and a Realtor is that a Dave Nicolay is a tenant in one of her apartment complexes. From my research his parents look to be a Dave and Donna Nicolay. If someone could confirm this I would appreciate it. Thanks!
