Default Help me choose... Bike guys come in!

I am torn on how to paint my 07 Suzuki GSXR 750. The fairing got scratched in a low speed fall and I need to paint the right fairing so now is the opportunity to change it up

Here is the current paint scheme:

I definately want a dark red/maroon/burgundy color in the paint scheme. I was thinking of the following:

1) Keep the current paint scheme w/ black and burgundy
2) Paint it all candy apple red, (very dark red)

The thing that is holding me back from painting the whole bike in House of Colors candy paint is that it will look more show than go. I like to ride the bike in the twisties and dont want to come off as a show bike. I just want the bike to be a little different and look better.

Help!!!! lol

Paint it how you want it, who cares what other people think, you know how you use it. My bike is solid black because thats how I wanted it, anyone who doesnt like it can STFU. I think it would look cool to paint it like your truck and throw it in the bed but thats just me.

You have a point. I just dont want it to look "ghetto" for lack of better words. I think Candy paint would look cool, especially in the bed of my truck. I shouldnt be thinking this hard about a bike paint job. LOL

J paint it solid, the same color as the truck. Me, I would paint it flat black or a gloss black.

You still need to come down here sometime and let me show you how it's done.
