Happy New Years......Had a party at my house tonight and before we drank too much I took a friend of mine for a ride in the crew cab.....we did a burn out then went on to check out 1/4 time on my g-tech.....showed 14.92 @ 98mph...LOL (think the MPH is a lil off!) well shortly after my check engine light came on...WTF?!?! My truck only has 9889 miles on it.
After we got back to my house a few other friends showed up....Went run a 05 Toyota Avalon and a Mini Cooper. The mini was not even a challenge but I was only able to put about a truck length on the Avalon. I drove the Avalon after and rolling at about 25mph with it in the sport shift mode and in 1st gear when you would go WOT it would spin the tires....front wheel drive! Avalon is a very nice car for the price!
My truck's performance doesn't seem to be affected by the check engine light being on...?
