So the big library on campus is about 10 stories, and across the street is another big building and you can drive down the road in the middle....naturally making a very good echo chamber....

cop: was that you?
me: no, but i heard it too! damn that was loud!
cop: uh huh, what are all these buttons for?
me: lights and **** that doesnt work anymore *presses buttons*
cop: right, well do you mind stepping out for a minute

right as he was about to let me go his partner found the POS small one i got for $10 off ebay on the frame rail. never mind the huge nathan where the spare tire is

The cops (I didnt see before sounding) didnt find it near as funny as I did. The ticket he wrote is for improper equipment so im pretty sure if I call in the morning and say a car slammed on their brakes in front of me and I used my truck horn (the quieter one) and I take it off and show them (about a 2 minute job) if I can get the ticket dismissed since I removed the horn.

Whats funny is they didnt even find the massive train horn, just the POS $10 horn I got off ebay

And this is the first time ive gotten in trouble for horns after 5 years

I half way thought about it when they finally found one. I was going to say, "well alright since you got me, want to hear it up close?" haha then I would have a couple more tickets im sure.

That a bunch of BS. Take it to court and you can beat it.. Just because you have a horn on there doesn't mean a ticket.. You have to take your factory off in order for that ticket to fly.. Did you show the cop your fact horn still worked??? Fukn stinky Pigs

Yea, I blew my stock horn just fine. I even offered to let him press every button he could find to see if he could make a horn go (before he found the actual horn).

...what he didnt know is all of the relays need accessory power to run, and even then, I have a master on/off switch for all my lights, compressors, horns, etc. so he could press buttons until he is blue in the face but the chance of him getting the right combination is basically zero.

The small one is literally zipped tied. I could have it off (and back on...) in about 2 mintues.
