Guys, please help me recover my money. (update)
I recently purchesed this itme on ebay for my Cavalier which I currently have for sale.

I paid for this item back in Sept the 20"th and I still have not recieved it. I have asked the seller to let me know what is going in good plan but will not return any of my e-mails.
Here is where it gets interesting. This paritcular seller closed his ebay acct as you can see and now he has opened another one and is selling items under his new accout. I know it is the same person because of the background in his pictures of the items. These two auctions under his old username and new username are the most abvious.

Look at the living room table with the bottle water and paper behind it under the glass
This is an auction under his new user name. Again look at same living room table with bottled water and paper behind it under the glass.

After seeing these auctions I am convinced it's the same person.
Here is where I need help. He recently sold a vehicle on ebay and exposed his licence plates of his vehicle.

Looks like his licence plates are from PA and are FGF 1479
I really want to find as much info on this guy as possilble. His Pay Pal acct is listed as a business acct so there is no name available to me only a customer support email address.
I know it's only $40 and it's not much but it just pisses me so much there people out there who will try to screw you over if given the opportunity.
Can any of you guys in the right places run this guys plates and give me any info you can find about him. I would really appreciate it.

Thanks guys... Yes, I filed a claim with pay pal but I doubd I will get my money back if he closed that acct too.

Damn, Im the same freaking situation, filed the claim but this ******* fairy is no longer a registered user with ebay.Ordered on Sep 6 and nothing now what?? 35$ down the drain and its not that much but **** is my money!! So Im pretty sure Im straight out of luck!!

it sucks File that there are people like that, worthless scum of life is what they are.
I am also waiting on my paypal dispute to see where my ordeal goes, i also went to my bank and filed a charge dispute to see if they will get my money back. worked one time before,
also check out this link, it'll say some things you can do, i dont know if they will work, but i plan on filing a claim there to.

That sucks!!! I got screwed for $350 a while back on some Denali wheels. I got them but all but one were fuct up. I've been buying lately and so far no problems. I also haven't spent more than $80 on an item.
