my sisters neighborhood was having a huge garage sale today. i bought a bunch of really nice stuff for my new house for dirt cheap. but the best part was when i seen this.

after reading truckmann's thread on what he did with his old cats(ebay) i couldn't help but want to do the same. i paid $5 for it and i guess it came off of a mustang. im guessing a brand new one because the thing looks brand new. either way i will be hacking the cats off and selling them.

Very nice.
One note of caution when you list them on ebay....
Don't list anything about what they may have come from like, make or model of a vehicle.
Ebay has a bunch of obscure rules about listing cats that I can't find written anywhere and if they feel you broke one of them they will pull the listing and keep your fees. Even if they don't catch it till the auction is over.
Good luck on the sale you should make a nice profit...

i looked on craigslist and i found the same exhaust only that it came off an older year, im going to pick it up today or tomorrow for $40. having 8 cats i dont see a problem making back my $45 i will have invested in it.

i wonder if it would net me more money to sell them in sets of two or sets of fours?
