Homecoming Dance? Where were all the authorities (Principal, Teachers and/or security)? Unbelievable! 1) How the hell can anyone take part in something like this? 2) How can you just watch? IMO to be punished by death after the crime was committed is the easy way out as stated before. If caught in the action...shoot the m'fckers! Now, they'll be sent to prison and delt w/ there. There faces will be deep in the rice short after their arrival!

 

News this morning reported that Homecoming dances at nearby schools have been canclelled...Just like CA government to try to fix a major problem by restricting good citizens. (as opposed to cleaning up the garbage).

 

This is horrible, it makes me sick to my stomach thinking about it. Whats worse is there were numerous onlookers. They should all be put in prison for at leas 15 plus yrs, but they'll probably get off easy this is CA.

 

A bunch of panzy bitches are in charge of punishing all the trash. I prefer China's punishment system.

 

That's just disgusting. The people that stood by and did nothing are every bit as guilty as the people that raped her.

I don't think that California has the Castle Doctrine or Good Sumaritan (required (term used loosely) to help someone in need and cannot be prosecuted for any harm inflicted while helping - breaking someones arm to pull them from a burning car). I don't even know that a Good Sumaritan law would apply in this case.

Either way, I glansed over a story in the Daily News here in NY that mentioned a very similar case, and said that it turns out that the girl was lying. I am not sure if these are the same case, as there seems to be some video footage of this case.

If they did it, they should be tied up and set on fire, allowed to burn for several minutes, and then extinguished with Blister Agent (I forget what we call it, VS, mustard, whatever). **** them, they are not even human in my eyes.

 

This is sick, I hope everyone involved gets the worst possible solution. I'm not going to post what I would have done to them . . . but i agree with everyone here.

Wow this is on the news in Texas. Well this kind of thing is not to rare in Richmond. I am about a 10 minute freeway drive from there. I am just surprized that this terrible thing has gotten this much news coverage.
