LOL, I have lots of embarrassing stories I could tell about Americans in foreign countries and how they act. Hell I know of about a dozen countries that have banned a few American Merchant Training ships from ever berthing in their waters again.
However it's all matter of opinion I guess but when I travel I'm always more embarrassed by the way some Americans act than any French tourists ever do but as a whole I really don't know.

 

This isnt news to me at all, Im not saying all are obnoxious but alot sure are Americans>French
