well as most of you know i went though hell getting some wheels that i bought off zzebes and only ended up with three of them i gave up with him i used to call him about twice a day for a month strait ill never see that wheel. But anyways ive been talking to CURTD for about a year now about buying his two front 18x8 boyds off his truck he gave me a deal i couldnt refuse for what i bought his two for i would have only gotten one new wheel and tire. well i ended up buying them i get home from work today and one of them is sitting on the porch so i noticed there was a pretty big hole in the card board this is what i end up seeing a big ******* gash in the face of the wheel . so i call up ups and give a peace of my mind and then i fined out the other wheel got seperated and i wont see it till monday. i did take picures abd ups is sending a guy out to look at the wheel man am i glad i put insurance on them hopefully the other wheel isnt fucked.

I'd be sooooo pissed. These shipping companies need to go out of business.

Good thinking. It'd be much easier and convenient to load up and drive across the US yourself. It sucks that stuff like this happens but it does happen. That's what insurance is for. It sounds like UPS is going to take care of it.

Hmm a business that it's employees don't give two ***** about the products you're shipping. So you're implying that it is ok that their employees throw and damage products and don't even care? What about fast food places that drop food and still serve it?

If the wheel was damaged that bad during shipping it was because it wasnt packaged right.

Scott your a tool, that is the stupidest thing I have ever seen you type .. As many things as moves through ups, I am sure they have a decent track record for keeping things in good shape. That is why there is insurance. He will be compensated for that wheel. **** happens, but i would be pissed to, just cuz you do have to go through hoops to get your **** taking care of, can be a long process..

You're assuming that any business can be perfect. It's impossible. You can't always have everyone employed by a company give 110% effort towards their job, especially when it's a minimum wage job. You do the best you can but you have to expect problems to occur. A lot of times businesses aren't judged by problems that happen, they're judged by how they react to and fix the problem. Like I said before, it sucks that his happened but it did. Now it's up to UPS to fix the problem.
