Default Front tire PSI?

I have my tires at the standard ~35 psi, but theyre still buldging on the sides, and when i go around a corner too fast it sounds like their rolling over.

the size is 265 70 R16 and theyre Michelin truck tires, the LTX's I beleive.

Is it just too much sidewall to be a good handling tire? Im wanting to switch to 18s in the future.
