Default first paying project in the new garage

hell yeah. i hope to make a few bucks out of the garage and am about done with my first paying project. garage still needs a lot of work and this will help put some much needed cash into it.

i am doing just the tubing for the turbo set up on a turd jen. the headers are ebay specials that i welded some vbands onto. turbo is a mp70. i seem to have a decent amount of motivation while working for money, got it done pretty quick. there is a ton of room on these things.

i will next time i am out there but it wont be today. there is a decent sized hole back there to dump the down pipe. i just put it in the center between the firewall and control arm mount and then between the header and frame rail. there is about 1" from the pipe in every direction but where the vband clamp is there will only be about 1/4" to the frame and firewall.

Due to the high heat and thermal expansion of steel there has to be flex joints to prevent cracking.
