i finally got my truck running again. 12/12 the tranny blew up, not too sure what broke but it took everything including neutral with it. 12/19 picked up a new tranny, spent 2 days cleaning the bottom of my truck and putting the new trans in. when i started it on 12/21 trans fluid sprayed all over everything i just cleaned. turned out to be a missing plug in a pressure port, got it fixed and started it but the truck wouldnt move in first and would only shift manually with an engine code. 12/29 pulled the pan and found something unplugged, got that all fixed up, jumped in and it wouldnt start. starter went bad so i started it with a screw driver so i could bring it home. replaced the starter today. now it is back on the road but the last two and a half weeks have been pretty expensive.

hopefully everything stays together for a while, at least for the rest of the year and maybe my luck will get a little better in 2009.

 

Did you add a new stall with the trans?

 

stock for now until i can afford to send mine to yank and have it restalled to a 3k
