Default Drag Radials and Precipitation?? Real Results?

How do drag radials really work in wet weather? Ive heard plenty they dont get any traction, but what have been your experiences in rain with drag radials. If I were going to drive daily, I would be looking into something like the Nittos, not M/T or Hoosiers.

I dunno about DR's. I drove around on ET streets for a month, in the rain, wet roads. Not a big deal.. You just have to use a lil bit of sense.. I had all kind of people call me nuts for doing it, but never had a issue whatsoever...

After driving around on the street for a few days with these DR's, Im in love knowing that when I hit the gas, its gonna move out. If I wanna line up at a light, the truck is going to hook and not spin all over.

But now I dont want to go back to my normal street tires, so Im thinking about putting these on my good 17's...

I've never driven with my DRs in the rain, don't think it would go to well at speed though- a lot of contact patch, not a lot of tread to sip out water.

my nitto 555r's handle great in the rain. i was afraid at first but they still handle much better than any street tire that ive ever had in the rain. my Toyo's were flat out scarry in the rain.

Really? My M/Ts just look like they'd put me in a ditch before I even got going.... I guess if it works, it works.

The proxes? Now granted, i don't have anywhere near the power you do, but my proxes are the best all around tires I ve ever had and I am really impressed with them in the wet.

I drove a set of BFG drag radials from new to bald daily driving on them. Until they got to be real thin they were just fine in the rain.
